Much to our disappointment, Slots Temple doesn’t give you a way to swiftly reach out to their customer support reps. The only way to get to them is by going through their contact form. 

As for when you’ll receive an answer, it’s basically hit or miss. We reached out to Slots Temple customer support several times, and the times they responded to our queries were hugely varied. Sometimes they got back to us in just a couple of hours, while other times we were left hanging for nearly 24 hours.

The silver lining is that they let you add attachments to the query, but that’s something you’ll see at every other place that features a live chat widget, too, so no extra points on this front that’ll increase their casino rating.

We’d be lying if we said that Slots Temple’s whole casino experience knocked us off our feet.
