Lucky Red Review

Enter the darkside

Casinomeister's Verdict

Sad to see a casino go to the darkside. If you can’t trust this casino to treat its business partners fairly, how do you think they will treat their players.

Avoid this casino at all costs.

First Impression

What a crying shame to see what was one of the best run casinos – for years – fall from grace because of some really stupid decisions made by the operators.

To begin with, there were three owners of the parent company. One of the owners was the primary operator of the casino group – he called the shots, and he trained his people, and he oversaw the day to day business. In fact, over the years his team became one of the best casino groups imaginable. Just take a stroll through our awards sections and you’ll see what I mean.

Anyway, to make a long story short, these three owners had a falling out, and the CEO (the primary operator) resigned. Well, the two others hadn’t a clue on how to run a casino operation (even after making public statements that they did), they brought in a rogue operating staff to assist. Big mistake – they were from Affpower – a casino group that has the sordid history of using fake NetEnt and Novomatic games.

Whether these operators had a past relationship with these dubious folks, or stepped into this situation with “stupidity” blinders on, only time will tell. But when these Affpower folks got involved, the entire operation went pearshaped.

The senior staff resigned when it was clear that the Affpower folks were “shaving” the revenue from their affiliate partners. These staff members should be applauded for doing the right thing – they saved their reputations even though their futures are unknown. They quit before they had anything lined up. That’s had bad this was.

The casino affiliate program was cheating it’s affiliates – which pretty much sums up the business ethics of this group. I would not touch this casino with a ten foot pole.

  • Was an award winning casino group

Cons
