For Betrophy, we have nothing on record, which is not a bad thing. Their licensing is Anjouan, which is not great. Their Complaints policy at least says players have the right to arbitration, which many don’t: it could be worse. Overall, there’s nothing overwhelmingly good or bad here, so keep your eyes and ears open for any signs of trouble and proceed with caution.
