CasinoVibes Review
Fast payouts and stacks of games
Casinomeister's Verdict
CasinoVibes, launched in 2023 under TH Gambling N.V. and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, has established itself as a top casino in the industry. It’s already picked up Casinomeister Accreditation — no small feat.
The real win here is the games library, with 59 providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play’n GO, meaning you’re not short on quantity, nor quality with these big names. Throw fast withdrawals via e-wallets and crypto into the mix, and you’re really starting to cook.
That said, the shine does dull in a few places. Support isn’t available 24/7, which feels a bit outdated, especially considering what players demand from a modern casino. While the key elements seem to function properly, the Curaçao licence is considered relatively light-touch and may not provide the same level of reassurance as stricter regulatory frameworks. You’ll also notice some friction in the experience, like slower-loading lobbies and fairly basic responsible gambling tools that don’t go beyond the essentials.
With that being said, our casino review finds CasinoVibes to be a solid choice for many Europe-based players on the hunt for an all-rounder. It’s definitely worth a spin if you’re into a straightforward casino with just a bit of personality.

CasinoVibes Bonuses and Promotions
The CasinoVibes promise is to “elevate your gaming experience to new heights” — this might be a bit of an overexaggeration. The foundations are definitely there, with a solid welcome bonus and weekend rakebacks, but the terms and conditions are where we stopped feeling “elevated” and felt more like “falling at terminal velocity.”
The welcome offer looks generous on paper and the weekend rakeback does a decent job of softening losses with low 1x wagering. But once you dig in and consider the 35x wagering requirements on the welcome offer, plus several game restrictions outlined in the T&Cs, things don’t seem so effortless anymore.
Overall, the idea is solid, though the execution feels a bit more complex than necessary. It’s pleasant enough, just not especially innovative.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
The Loyalty Club is certainly bringing the vibes, and we love to see things that are there specifically to benefit committed players. You start earning points from the minute you place your first bet, so none of this invite-only rubbish (that is, until you get to the VIP Club). You’ll need a certain number of loyalty points to reach each level, and the first four levels are actually reasonable to achieve.
Depending on your level, you will earn a different amount of loyalty coins per loyalty point and once you get 100 points, you can convert them to cash. You’ll also have better access to dedicated representatives, exclusive bonuses, and bespoke offers based on your gaming history. We like that everything is fairly transparent for players and there is plenty of information available before you even start playing, including outlining that any bonus requirements will be the exact same as any other non-loyalty based bonus.
The VIP Club is an extension of the Loyalty Club, but it’s not nearly as good — especially with its invite-only exclusivity. At the end of the day, make sure you are enjoying your gaming experience and don’t chase wins or loyalty levels.
Banking & Payment Methods
Payment options at CasinoVibes are pretty well-covered. There’s a wide range of methods, including cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, bank transfers, and a long list of cryptocurrencies. It’s easy enough to find what you need, as it’s all located in the wallet section. There are also no withdrawal fees, which is always a plus.
The only real trade-off is that crypto users may be excluded from certain bonuses, so it’s not always the best choice if you’re playing for offers.
As far as the withdrawals go, there’s a solid range of methods (well above the minimum you’d expect), and speeds are fairly standard. E-wallets and crypto are the quickest, typically within 0-24 hours, while cards and bank transfers can take several days. There’s also a 0-24-hour pending window, which lets you cancel a withdrawal if you change your mind.
The limits are reasonable: a €10 minimum withdrawal and a €35,000 monthly cap, which should be more than enough for most players.
KYC is required before your first withdrawal, as expected. You’ll need to upload ID and proof of address, but the process is relatively straightforward, and verification is usually completed within a couple of hours during support hours. If you’d rather get it out of the way early, you can upload documents right after registering. Crypto users only need to go through this step when they withdraw.
All told, it’s a straightforward setup. It’s flexible, relatively fast, and without any major drawbacks, as long as you’re aware of the usual checks.
Responsible Gambling
CasinoVibes covers the basics here, and that’s about it. Players can set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and there is the usual take a break option along with full self-exclusion if needed. You can also view your session history and activity statements, which at least gives some visibility over your play.
We might have high standards, but it feels a bit limited. There’s no clear option for loss limits, wager limits, or session reminders, which are fairly standard at most player-focused casinos. Having to go through support to adjust certain limits also feels a bit behind the times when most sites let you handle this instantly through settings in your account.
They do point players towards external support like Gamblers Anonymous and offer a self-assessment tool, which is a positive. Still, this is very much a minimum effort setup. The essentials are there, but not much has been done to make things easier or more proactive for players who want to stay in control.
Customer Support at CasinoVibes
Support is available via live chat from Monday to Sunday, 08:00-02:00 (CET), plus there’s an email option and a basic FAQ section. On paper, that sounds decent, but the lack of 24/7 coverage does feel a bit dated for a modern casino.
When it is open, live chat does perform well. We got through to an actual human agent in just under two minutes, which is not too bad. No bots to bypass or never-ending queues, just how we like it. The lady we spoke to was polite and answered our question about wagering requirements within less than a minute, so no waiting around.
That said, availability is the weak link in the chain. If something crops up outside of operating hours and you’d prefer a quick response, you’ll have to simply grin and bear it. You’ll also need to create an account to access the chat, which adds another hurdle if you’re thinking about registering but have a few questions first.
So, overall, it works well, but the limited hours hold it back and make the support feel a bit behind the times.
CasinoVibes Experience and Features
This casino leans heavily into its name from a design point of view, with an off-white and orange colour palette and an array of both animated and real representatives. Everything feels clean and well-thought-out, with neat categories and easy site navigation keeping things smooth. It has that cool, slightly edgy feel that might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s fun nonetheless. There are various filtering options, as we’ve discussed, including a ‘Providers’ section in the useful left-hand menu.
There is no dedicated CasinoVibes app, but that should not really hold you back. The browser version is fully optimised for both Android and iOS, so you get the same games, the same promotions, the same payment methods, and the same overall experience without needing to download anything. It’s really important to see the designers not just throw out apps willy-nilly, but to think about how the game will feel. We’re prepared to give CasinoVibes kudos as far as this is concerned.

CasinoVibes Game Providers
CasinoVibes has a total of 59 providers, which players get full access to. Many of these are reputable suppliers. There are even many consider industry giants: Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play’n GO. But just as much as we like to see the big names, smaller names tend to offer something a little different and specialised, like Just Slots, Shady Lady and KA Gaming. So it’s great to see these making an appearance.
Players can browse providers in a dedicated section and open any one to view their full game library, neatly organised. As part of our casino reviews methodology to load up less common titles, we searched for the provider Shady Lady and took ‘Devil’s Finger’ and ‘Swoll’ for a spin. Both were engaging and well-designed for what are effectively niche titles.
CasinoVibes Slots
The CasinoVibes slots lobby is genuinely impressive, and we don’t say that lightly. What really caught our eye was how it’s all laid out. Everything is neatly sorted by popularity, which is perfect if you are in the mood to see what everyone else is obsessing over right now. It feels current too, actually keeping up with trends instead of throwing the same old games at you. And if you don’t want to follow the crowd, you can dip into categories like Fresh Favourites, Hot to Go, and Cold as Ice.
The games themselves are strong, with slick visuals and smooth gameplay that tick all the right boxes. However, getting to them feels like a bit of a slog. The lobby can drag its feet when loading, which kills the vibe just a little. Though not a dealbreaker, it’s definitely something we would love to see sped up because once you are in, it offers real value for players.
Live Casino
The live casino section matches the polish of the slots section, largely thanks to heavy hitters like Evolution and Pragmatic Play running the show. Players are offered all the classics here: roulette, poker, baccarat and plenty of table games. It is smooth, reliable and exactly what players would expect from two of the biggest names in the industry.
That said, they don’t exactly stick to the script when it comes to categories. Instead of the standard layout, you’ll find sections like Black or Red and Bust the Dealer, plus a few curveballs thrown in for good measure. You can even opt for a game of marbles if you fancy it. It’s a little unconventional, which might not be everyone’s thing, but it definitely keeps things interesting.
About the CasinoVibes Team and History
CasinoVibes is a relatively new name, only entering the casino scene in 2023. It’s had a pretty impressive start and has consolidated its role in the industry, with players largely centered in Europe.
Its parent company, TH Gambling N.V., is definitely on the smaller side with a limited portfolio. But this isn’t necessarily a problem, as it clearly operates decent casinos and has faced no penalty actions for procedural failings. It has only one licence with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, which isn’t considered the strictest out there, but, frankly, while writing this casino review, we have only seen CasinoVibes playing by the rules.
Player Comments on CasinoVibes
We suspected that the conversation in our forum page around CasinoVibes would be a lot of tumbleweed, and for the most part, it was. That is, except for one unhappy player. Let’s take a look:
Kezzamgaz: So I signed up at CasinoVibes…Fully verified at both then the day I made a small withdrawal at casinovibes I get the below emails!
The user here includes a screenshot of an email that states their account has been suspended.
Are these normal terms/normal behaviour? Why entice me to join your sister site then send this email and banned me the same day I do a small withdrawal?
Despite this being jarring, our forum moderators did tell the player that this is common behaviour for offshore casinos. Unfortunately, the player never got to the bottom of why their account was closed, but they did mention signing up simultaneously to a sister site, which might go some way to explaining the issue. From what we’ve seen, thankfully, this doesn’t seem like a common issue.
Complaints and Track Record
Three years in business is more than enough to make your mark, and CasinoVibes seems to have done exactly that. This is why it almost comes as a surprise that there are no PABs made by players about the casino, literally not a single one!
Because of that clean-looking track record, they passed the Baptism by Fire test and became an accredited casino in 2024. So far, they’ve continued without major issues.
