And for good reason: the crew behind the original site were by far the most professional, industry-savvy and player-responsive group that we’ve ever dealt with. I don’t mean to speak for Bryan on this — Casinomeister’s founder — since he’s now moved on to other things but I’d bet money he’d happily second what I’ve just said. That said, the world turns and things change: 32Red has now passed on to other ownership and it’s fair to say they’ve been absorbed into the culture of that group, which is a polite way of saying that they no longer are the darlings of the industry they once were. That’s not a criticism, Time is often not bothered with being kind and many of us have shared the same fate, but it is a heads-up that yesterday’s applause and awards belong to that time and not necessarily the present. 32Red is still a perfectly decent operation, run by people that know what they’re doing, but they’re also now just one part of a conglomeration with all the pluses and minuses that entails. Fear not, you’re in good hands at 32Red, but the current management has its own way of doing things and that’s now who players will be dealing with.
